Movistar voice mail...setting English language (Read 1554 times)

	A long time ago I changed my Movistar voice mail from Spanish to English using, I am sure, the available menu. Can anyone remind me of the keystrokes.... for some reason the language has reverted to the original. I've tried many times to understand the recorded announcement but it is, ashamed to say, beyond me.

	Hi Colin, I know the problem, even with the help of an 'Englisch-speaking' operator of Movistar it wasn't easy. After a whole serie of misinterpretations the poor guy just loudly repeated: "do 4..2..5!" and that was the keystroke I needed indeed So if they didn't change the menu: call 609 and then choose 4....2....5 Good luck!
