Try www.carjet.com they are pretty competitive, they are consolidators and fish around the rental firms for the best deals at Reus Airport.

Only had to hire a car once in the last 3 and a half years. We drove to Portugal earlier in the Summer, stayed at my cousins villa there, and my elderly parents flew out to Faro from the UK.

So i needed a large people carrier to drive back from Portugal to Catalunya.

I used a company called www.goldcar.es they have a compound just outside most airports so that you dont have to pay airport taxes, but they have a shuttle bus service to pick you up .

I found them to be very helpful and efficient, and some of the staff speak English.
