Vaccinations against the A(H1N1) virus are expected to start at the beginning of autumn, the Health Minister has confirmed. The estimated cost is almost 2 million € and with this outlay between 25 and 30% of Spain’s population will be guaranteed a vaccine, 20 minutos reports.

The news came after a meeting of the Inter-territorial Health Committee on Wednesday, and it’s understood the Health Ministry will be buying the vaccines centrally, and will then pass on the lower price negotiated to the autonomous communities.
