Can anyone put me in contact with a reasonably priced television satellite system installer? We have been quoted in excess of 350 euro for a free view box with dish.

1.2m dish (very strong good quality, I've installed several for people on here - you need a dish this size for reliable reception in this area), FTE satellite receiver (freeview) all installed for 310 euros.

Call me 620353138 if interested.

I'm sure you can get one installed for less with a smaller dish but you may then suffer with the picture breaking up in the evening/winter.

Can only Agree with Nigel !! Don't piddle about with a 90cm Dish!! you will lose signal quality just when you need it most
1.2 m Min for a good signal all year round and 24 Hours a day

I agree too.  We originally inherited an 80cm (Lidl job) on a wobbly pole on the roof (good wind catcher).  I changed it for a new 1m on a solid bracket on the south wall (in the lee), new cable and LNB and I still get a bit of breakup if there's rain about.
