A neighbour advises they've just dumped Iberbanda and replaced them with with Eurona here....   http://www.eurona.net/esp/index.html ; ....at lower prices. I've asked for a quote but has anyone else fixed with them?

Some pals of ours have been using them for a while with no complaints. I got tarrifs from them today...

2MB = €29.90
3MB  = €34.90
All + €5 per month for a phone pack includes 300 mins national calls.
All + IVA and per month.
€60 + IVA for installation
18 month contract

Special Offer
July & August Free then €11.00 per month to end of 2010 (1MB package)

Ring 902 906 359 to sign up.

Just worked out that Eurona would cost me about $403 up to end of 2011. Iberbanda will cost me €756. (all + IVA)

Cancelling Iberbanda contract is not a problem.  You have the right to maintain your existing number with the new supplier, and the new supplier does the paperwork for you.  Iberbanda explained that it takes about two (or was it three?) weeks to go through the mill but I haven't found out who removes the old hardware and installs the new aerial andmodem.  I told Iberbanda that I had been offered a cheaper rate with another supplier and they immediately cut their tarrif by half and included 300 minutes/month to UK.  So, a better price that I was paying without the hassle of new contracts and hardware etc.  I shall remember to do that again in 6 months time and see if I can get it even cheaper.   Also - a chum rang Movistar to say he wanted out of his contract and wanted Pay-As-You-Go and they immediately suspended his monthly charge just to keep him on board.  That's my task for Monday !

I'd like to know as well. I emailed my agent for Iberbanda and have been ignored. If I don't get a better deal soon then I'm off to Eurona.
I also cancelled my Movistar contract and was given a standing charge holiday. Still went to Hits as it was much cheaper.

Ring 1632 and ask for customer service.  Have your client number ready and the NIE of the person who's name is on the contract.  If they don't speak English, ask for an English speaker and they'll usually ring you back.

Shopping in Lidl, Tortosa.

A few weeks ago, a friend shopped in Lidl Tortosa, there seemed to be a problem, with the machine, when she used her debit card. Later, when checking her bank account she realised that the transaction had gone through twice!
On Friday, the same thing happened to us. We waited ages for the machine to work, and have been charged twice aswell, and now have to claim money back.
If paying on a card, make sure you keep the receipt and check your bank account aswell.
