Not spinning right- help please

Bearing in mind I am "only a woman" and anything that involves technology does not gel with my brain, could someone advise me.

My washing machine(no not  the type of one rubbing with stones on a rock by a river and  a bar of sunlight soap on the riverbank) is not rinsing properly. It is a low spin one & we were advised that it was the best sort for out type of limestone water and I use clagon daily.

If I recall in England whenthis happened someone just replased the brushes.

Is that correct? Or is it a major problem? Is it a costly repair--oh nooooooooooooooo!¿?¿! Huh

The filter on the drain output pump might be clogged up.  have you got a user manual ?

Thank you . Now why didn't I think to read it up?

I can carry a heavy workload but sometimes when something mechanical or technical isn't working properly I panic and think "I can't cope!"

Will read it up tonight  and give it a go. Have a pleasant evening
