Spanish SIM

Where is a good place to get hold of a SIM (for pay as you go)?  Are there good deals which include a handset?  If there's a choice of networks, are there particular networks that have better coverage in the area?

www.hitsmobile.es give good call rates and cheap calls to UK. No data services for email etc though. We always get good reception, think they use the Vodaphone network.
