Hi,

We bought our house through this agent, together with a second peice of land. Found him to tell it like it is regarding legalities etc, and what we could and could not do.

He has since offered advice when asked regarding gestors, and technico's etc.

All in all we have found him to be one of the few good guy Estate agents.

Have dealt with Gerard Tomann for the last eight years and have found him to be totally reliable and honest in his dealings. I can recommend him.
