Hi do any off you know if the Spanish use plasticiser in there mix, and if so what do they call it ?

It is called SUPER-CAL
It comes in a 1 litre bottle and you use 1 cap-ful per mix.
It also works as a waterproofer as it de-aereates the mix.
I cant remember the price but it wasn't expensive
