My friends young Son wants a pet snake.

Does anyone know where they can buy one, the pet shops in Mora d'Ebre & Tortosa don't sell them.

You forgot to add the range of eels, frogs and fresh water fish after yesterdays weather.
Are they pick your own?

Embarrassed or the other way around, a five year old is perhaps not suitable to look after a snake?

I'm sure his Mother will be fully supervising as with his Rabbit and Turtles.
Personally I think it's a wonderful way for children to learn about and appreciate the animal world, rather than shoot anything that moves like the Spanish do, for fun!

In my experience keeping pets for.children is a good way for.them to learn about life and.death on a smsller scale before having to deal with it with parents/grandparents etc
