Go to the "Accounts" tab, (second from left at the top).  From the drop down menu select "International" and from that drop down "Foreign Exchange".  There are a number of options on the resulting page.

Don't know to be honest.  If I transfer cash from UK to here, I use Moneycorps.  They offer you a rate which you either accept or reject.  Does your branch not have any English speakers. ?

HI, I found on the site, under  the international tab that they buy at .88c and sell at .84c, I hope that's not referring to their exchange rate, as you say I'll have to ask in the bank.
Look at, click international, then move down from international to foreign exchange and click on values with reference to euro.
Reason I'm asking i'm thinking of putting £ into a sterling account then changing when rate is good, I didnt think it would be that low.
Thanks Terry.

I've sent you an email that allows you to get a daily email with commercial rates.  As I said previously, It's worth looking at Moneycorps.  It may cost you commission to transfer Sterling from a UK account to one here.
