I am on iberbanda and all is Ok.....however I have a wifi repeater for internet access at another building 200 yds away. All has been fine until recently,it keeps 'dropping' if that is the word and I have sporadic internet at the other builing.Have tried literally everything inc putting a satelite reciever dish behind the wifi repeater and focusing the signal but still intermittant. It is like this this in the summer months in the afternoons,it is now a bit damp where the repeater is.The repeater is covered and weatherproofed.....could it be some sort of other weather thing or what????

My Iberbanda has been really good for a couple of years or more. No loss of service at any time. I regularly check the connection speed and it very rarely changes.
I know that Eurona is a lot cheaper than Iberbanda, but I cant get Eurona (too far into the mountains), also I need reliability.
Nigel if they ever get around to a relay pointing up at Bitem mountain and beyond, and sort out the current problem, you would have many more customers this side of the river.
Nobrot, I know that Iberbanda servers don't like porn....could that be your problem???
What are you letting the missus download???? Smiley

Try a panel antenna...

at the broadband end.
Don't forget, when using a satellite dish as a reflector the signal goes upwards at quite an angle, it's not 'straight on' from the dish. Can't remember the exact angle but you could google it.
