If anyone is unsure of the validity/accuracy/reliability of their home's paperwork or needs assistance in applying for a  cedula or want to buy or sell and want someone to check details of existing documentation, registration, cadastral, etc then there;s a chap in l'Ampolla who's more tha competent to help at reasonable charge.   Spanish language preferred but translation possible.  He's in need of extra business as he does too much and charges too little.  I expect that if I give his details publicly I'll get slammed for doing something wrong by someone so pm me or email colin@valcol.com
