Roadworks on hospital route?

Got an early appointment at the hospital this week and just wondering if the route uphill from town's clear.  Rita mentioned the road was blocked off recently.  Would be grateful for any info.

Diversions were in place while they removed the old railway bridge, in Tortosa, near the park.
But all was clear when I went there on Monday last week.
