Electrician required

Hi everyone can anyone recomend an electrician near camarles as our house wiring is a bit of a mess so we are looking to get it tidied up and up graded, and english speaking qualified electrician would be appreciated who can take a look and give us a quote, many thanks

No but I am a trained electronics engineer. I have a contact in Roquetes who is a registered Spanish electrician who I use to sign off any paperwork.

Unfortunately trying to get my UK qualifications recognised here was impossible - I gave up in the end (after waiting for a response for nearly 2 years after submitting all my paperwork, all translated by a sworn translator) when they asked me to provide details and proof (all translated into Spanish by a sworn translator of course) of the hours per week and classes I took from when I started school age 4 up until I went to technical college at 16.. At least 2 of the schools I went to no longer exist.

We can not have English electricians messing up the exposed and marvellously twisted electrical wiring i seem to witness on the outside of properties in this neck of the woods,can we Nigel.  Wink

my suggestion is, go to bennifallet, at the town hall you ask for the electrician, they will call him and he will fiks your problem fast and very impressively cheap....hi will give you an offer before hand.  but go to town hall just after 10 in the morning..

But it's about 45km from Benifallet to Camarles Renata.  Are you sure he would travel that distance cheaply?  And is it likely that he would speak good English?

A long way for lots of people to travel.
Apart from that, I am sure our member, who was looking for an electrician has found one and that the job has now been done, as this was first posted on December 4th.
