	Our Indesit machine (model IWC7128) A+ works fine on our generator. Avoid anything with fancy digital displays. Bought it last year from Media Markt in Tarragona.

	We have a slimline 5kg top loader, 2 dials, no digital and not a problem in 6 years from hyper domestico beside pots in Tortosa.

	Many thanks for the suggestions. We have seen a basic Indesite in Carrefour, which sounds like it might be the same model, and we will have a look at the top loader too.
