	I am a Builder. If what you need to build or repair email me I can drive up and calculate the cost and make suggestions on how to better and cheaper, if possible in your case. Now in Spain there are many different new materials and technologies already tested in other countries. I have been building for about 15 years. 	My last works: breaking the walls between rooms, sealing the doorway of the drywall (Pladur), painting walls, ceilings, laying laminate flooring, installation of electric towel rails, fixtures, trim all doors....All the work I've done one. 	This home is 25 km from Girona. The total area of this 600 sq m, pool 8 x 4 m, 50 m cube, plus a large lake. The land is 2.5 hectares. 3 wells for water. Stables for horses.... The owner of the house was the owner of the casino.
