I am very happy to have found this forum and hopefully can learn a lot.

We have a small finca in the Ginestar area and have been trying to finish our little house project for a few years now with great difficulty.  We started with one builder who basically ran away with some of our money.  The second builder even though was doing a good job has had personal/family problems and has become unreliable. 

We are looking for a reliable and efficient builder that can finish our little home.  There is not much to finish and I firmly believe that it could be done in a month or less.

The catch is that we are not currently located in Catalunya and at this time travel is not as frequent as we would like.  As a result we will be relying quite a bit on the builder to complete with little presence from us.  We know it is not the best way to do this, but we have little choice.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
