Buses to Barcelona airport from Salou (Read 3868 times)

	As there are not flights from Reus this winter, thought this might be of interest to people who go to Barcelona airport. There are buses from Salou starting at 3.40 a.m all through the day and return from Barcelona for 14.95� I think that price is single .www.busplana.com is the website.Would save a lot of hastle changing trains etc.

	How do we get to Salou from Tortosa and do the buses go direct to the airport

	Buses are direct to airport. a friend would have to drive you to Salou. Don't know if Hife have buses to Salou

	The train from tortosa is only �14.30 all the way into the airport, why get a bus?? The train from Salou to barcelona airport is �7.50. Why the bus? The train from tortosa to Salou is �6.50. Why the bus?

	Do you mean that there is a direct train into Barcelona airport from L'Aldea [Tortosa] without having to go into Barcelona to change ?

	Much easier to stay on the train until Passeig de Gracia, get off, go over the footbrige to the other platform and get the next airport train. No messing about trying to find the correct platform in Sants, having to buy another ticket etc.

	Anyone wanting to travel from Tortosa area to Barcelona airport, there are buses from Tortosa bus station, or toll booth L'Aldea, direct to the bus station in Barcelona. Then buses every 5? minutes to the airport. See Hife web site.

	We once took the Hife bus from L'Eldea to Barcelona but it worked out very expensive far more than the train.
