I got my cedula & energy certificate the right and easy way and for the right price, I asked Carol at (www.catalunyafincas.com )(info@catalunyafincas.com ) they sort it all in a few weeks done and dusted as they say, so good and easy to deal with Carol & Xavier, wish I could get something like this in the UK sorted so well and easy).

Got ours from TAE in Tortosa, cost 300 for both, came same day and took 1/2 hour. Speaks good English.

Is that 300€ for both together or 300E both, as in each ?.  Whereabouts in Tortosa are TAE and do you have a contact number ?  What sort of things do they check on in case we need to sort anything out first ?

Sergi,  Tel; 666462309, as advertised on here over the last few years. He got cedula for us, when first required here.
Not sure if still at this address:
TAE, Av.Generalitat 21 1r, 43500 Tortosa.

Hi It was 300 for both, didnt do much just measured all round looked at the solar gear and that was it, we got the receipt same day and that is all you need for a sale for the Notary, they can see its been applied for, Takes about six weeks.

   Anymore  recommendations on who to contact  for these at the right price . We could not find any links online for the company TAE. Anyone in L'ametlla de mar area someone could vouch for ?
