White van / 5 dogs

Do you know anyone, in the area, who owns a white transit van, RHD, and five dogs?
Arca arrived this morning, to find a van left outside, along with five healthy dogs inside.
The number plates had been removed from the van, and no keys left with it.
This has caused more problems and expense for Arca, who have more than enough dogs to care for, and now have to pay to have the van removed aswell.
If you have any info, or can help, please phone Mave 678975816

Whoever left those dogs must have been desperate.
At least they weren't just dumped in the middle of nowhere.

Very true.
But still an extra burden for Arca.
All those extra dogs for them to feed. As if they havn't enough already. Puppies being left there almost every day at the moment.
One left there today was a bitch that hadn't been spayed.
Expense also of getting the van removed from their premises.
Why, do people over here, have so many dogs?
Isn't one dog enough to look after, feed, the vets bills etc.
Not only were dogs left, but the van aswell!
Unbelievable!

Registration number or not - you can find out the registration number fro DVLA if ARCA get the chassis number (VIN number - Vehicle Identification Number)  from the plate under the bonnet. Then you can tack the owner down using DVLAs facilities. Nail that owner and send them the bill. Someone had a car dumped on thier land not so long ago and it was amazing how fast the owner was found using these services! Hope they read this and own up but I doubt it.

John.

Rob, you're confusing a practical, load carrying mode of transport with Cactus Jack there I think.

Joking apart, Arca are over run with dogs and puppies at the moment, without  Five more being left there yesterday, in a white transit van.
Out of the five are four bitches which all need spaying.
This is all added expense and inconvenience to Arca.
The van was removed by the Mossos.
If you are able to help in any way please contact Arca.

Never understand some people leaving animals like that.

It's a nightmare isn't it?  Two years ago we had a stray hunting type bitch give birth to eleven healthy puppies on our finca.  Absolutely no one locally would help us, the vet wouldn't put them down and Arca flat refused to take a single one, I actually sat in the vets and sobbed.  We ended up paying €300 to the rescue lady down at L'Aldea to take eight of them off of our hands, we kept three.   No wonder there are so many abandonadades.
