Here at the shack on the hill as I contemplate life and just to prove the wife wrong that I am doing nothing again, I share my innermost thoughts,
1. Accept the fact that some days you are the pigeon and some days the statue!!!
2. If you cannot be kind, at least have the decency to be vague.
3. Some mistakes are too much fun to make only once.
4.Remember our earth is very precious ..... its the only planet with chocolate.
Finally be the kind of person that when your feet hit the floor each morning the devil says .... Oh crap, he is up.

Well Smidge are you getting as sad as me, here is a few thoughts that has passed through my ageing mind,
1. Growing old I have learned that pleasing everyone is impossible but pissing everyone off is a piece of cake.
2. Condoms do not guarantee safe sex any more..... A friend of mine was wearing one when he was shot by the woman's husband.
3. Young thugs are not what they use to be, one broke into my house last week he did not take the TV, just the remote. Now he drives by and changes the channels. Sick bas...d!!!
4. Always remember a truly happy person is one who can enjoy the scenery on a detour, just ask my wife.

I have always loved the theme of "thought for a day" and fondly remember the old Confucius "quotes" e.g.

My thought for the day is do not ask the question if you do not want the answer. Re the following happened, a lady of the night or as the female highway workers of Vinaros the afternoons entered the doctors clinic heavily pregnant and informed the receptionist she wish to see the doctor, she was then asked do you know who the father is, she replied hey dumb ass, if you ate a can of beans would you know which one made you fart.
