Hi, We have a 3 bedroom apartment in Tortosa (which we love, it's a great place). Our costs for Council Taxes are around 380 Euros  and Bin Tax is around 160 Euros per year.  Because our apartment is in a managed block, we also pay building maintenance charge (this is cleaning of stairways, maintaining lift and such things).  So, including the standard charges for utilities, our annual allowance to cover all the costs is approximately 12-1500 Euros.
