Changing name/titular on Endesa/Fecsa electric. (Read 1502 times)

	Hiya, We have been to Endesa / Fecsa to change the name / titular on the account (after buying our house)- and they have told us, that besides all the other paperwork - which we have - we need an electrician's certificate if the house is more than 20 years old. They say it is not the same as the energy certificate - nor the Cedula de Habitabilidad. Can anyone advise the cost of this or have any friendly electrician qualified to do this ? Many thanks

	Ask Nigel Morton. He knows someone local, that is qualified to inspect and issue the certificate you require.
