A question !!! from one of your most serious and moral thought provoking members.

WHY is the time shown at the top of the forum page always 2 hrs behind reality time?

Dont say up my medication or its a lifestyle choice.

How does one fix it.
Yours a time delayed Bulldog.

Bulldog , stop living in the past!
Go into User CP
Option
Time Zone should show Spain Madrid
After changing to correct time, Save Change

You can now live in the present, but of course you will never get that two hours back
If you want to be really brave then put in Hanoi and get ahead of the rest of us. Brilliant if you do the lottery!

Hi C.J,
Thanks for the info, your concern for my lifetime lost was much appreciated. As I always do with the wives instructions I followed yours to the letter and have now lost 4 hrs of my life. First trying to get to Options, after 2hrs discovered I had to go into profile first. Then the PC gave me the Spanish inquisition demanding my password another hour passes as two o.a.p.s come to blows as neither of us could remember the damn thing. 5 hrs now gone. finally a list appears and there it is Spain and Madrid already ticked a cheer from myself even though I had received a bloody nose from her indoors and had my fingers bent back until I shouted Uncle. There in a box just above it the incorrect time. Put arrow on box pressed the mouse box turned blue and time stayed the same. SO NOW WHAT DO I DO? Need this info to take the smile of her indoors face and to stop Pondgirl sending me P.M.S with just one word on LOSER.
Yours gimmie the past any day Bulldog.

Try unticking it and re ticking it. Alternatively, look at your watch?

I've always preferred the little clock at the bottom right of my computer screen to the one on the Forum .....

Thanks C.J. Had a hissy pressed buttons while her indoors out of the room, success, the time corrected. Who do I get my 2hrs back from.
Hope it isn't Pondgirl!!!!!
As my personnel fitness trainer Michael with his knowledge of my two speeds of work slower and slower have taken on board his opinion and decided his sundial is more suited to my lifestyle than a watch so will keep this info for future reference.
Yours a new P.C. geek Bulldog.
