It is worth putting a sticky section here for such things as Rules, Sold items procedure, getting pics on etc? Maybe also a sticky part of the advice section for common requests such as getting an NIE, ITV, Padron, Residencia and health care?  Huh

Pete,
There are rules listed for when items are sold etc.
Unfortunately many people do not bother, to state so, or inform us.
I agree that many people have trouble adding photos, so think advice would be helpful.
As for the other things you mention, things change so
often here, so impossible to keep up with relevant and up to date information.

I totally agree with Pete about Stickys.  This is the first place local expats look for guidance on procedures and although things do change, a "Last Updated" could be added and people asked to inform if they become aware of changes.
