Can anyone tell me if there is a Spanish equivalent of good old fashioned sugar soap?

They will try to sell you caustic soda which is not what you want. I have done a quick search and others have sought this handy powder with no useful result. However good old Ebay will deliver at a price. I think in this day and age you will have a big problem taking on board diddlee airlines and the like but Les the van would bring it over for 5 euro or so. Otherwise have it posted over see below.

Well done Bigyin, HG products are sold in the ferritaria Garcia next to Carrefour in Tortosa. Bet it's not 4 quid in there. Angry

I searched the main shed web sites and found plenty of HG products but not this one specifically.  Garcia sounds like a good shout.  I haven't found them overpriced in the past in fact cheaper than most for many products.  Very helpful too.
