Yesterday our phone and internet from the famous company Eurona was again a few hours OUT OF SERVICE.
I called Eurona helpdesk and asked for help,  I spent 23 minutes to explain what the problem was. After that 23 min. I was disconnected by Vodafone because the balance of my prepaid phone was Euro 0,00.

Called them today and asked them how that was possible. This is what EURONA is asking for the support of the helpdesk.

If you call 901444888 your start up fee is 18 cent, after that the ask
30 cents/min. WITHOUT VAT/TAXES. and the only help I got was "I will open a ticket with an other source. At 18:00 hours I found out that I had a phone and internet again.

Conclusion , I Payed for the helpdesk more than 6 EURO'S,  no solution was given. I pay also the normal fee and have NO phone or internet.
So a problem which is caused by the NON PERFORMANCE of Euro cost you a lot of money, because I have to call the desk nearly every 2 months for problems with my connection.
I call this  ( in the netherlands we say ) oplichterij, for those who do not spek Dutch I call it FRAUD.

Rob,
Sorry to hear that.I always ask other Eurona users on the Forum first (when I have problems),if they are experiencing the same problems.You will know then if the problem is either wide spread or maybe unique to yourself.Of course,if the problem is No internet service,get on the Forum using a mobile device & say use the contrasts WiFi.
Last time I did this,Nigel & Rita let me know what the problem was.I too in the past have lost money ringing the help desk on my pre-pay mobile.  Cry
