To be able to vote online, you need to have been able to vote within the last 15 years, have passport number and preferably a National insurance number.
Take a look at uk.gov register to vote.

You apply by sending details re the last address that you were registered to vote from, as long as this is under 15 years.
This goes to be checked on the electoral register and then
you receive forms to fill in, sign and send back.
Ballot papers can be sent out to Spain, unless you choose to vote by proxy.
The person has to be a relation who can then vote on behalf of two people.

Just a couple of things if it's a no vote.  Will you all lose your blue medical cards and if you are getting treatment at the moment will that continue as the UK still pay your bills. ?

The out voters may cause....

No Benefits from the UK
Pensions will not be increased
You will have to get private medical insurance
Taxes will increase

Various points of view in the Telegraph.   Cool Cool

Vote out and kick the Euro MPs out of the trough and stop the Germans taking over Europe.

Or just watch channel 4 and see all the expats living life to the full in all year 80 degree temperatures and a 3 course meal with wine for 3 quid.  Grin Grin Grin

The 100 mile an hour winds later night must have been all in my mind.  Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

Here is a link for any ex-pats living here less than fifteen years who would like to register to vote in the UK Referendum (or the next General Election) https://www.gov.uk/register-to-vote

I didn't register to vote in the last UK GE and I wish that I had.  I will certainly be voting on this.  The rest of my life will be affected by the way that this vote goes and I'm not going to sit on the sidelines and just watch.

Registered, several days ago, but hope that we receive the ballot papers in good time, and that they get back to U.K. in time, too.

Bit of a puzzler as no one seems to know what will happen.
But as ex pats I think that we need to think about it, and definitely vote.
It could affect us all.

Ex pats who rely on reciprocal medical care and their pension increases from the UK would be stupid not to vote remain.
