So which category has Mrs B entered you for this year ?

My money is on the obedience (Mrs Swollox  is keen on that one !) or could it be grouping the judges ?

Good luck !

Perhaps you could do a joint entry entitled The Bulldog's Swollox?

The gentle folk of the forum stewarded by Ritaratbag unfortunately placed all our invited forum nominated Crufts judges on the coach to Munich instead of the Midlands and took great exception when this was pointed out to her and was defended by Pondgirl who pointed out that both places began with M and had both been bombed in the war.

The gentle folks judges are as follows :
Vunerable breeds Betty_Swollex due to the risk of his survival from JCsox.
Terrier group and any form of sales Ms JCsox.( its all down to temperament!)
Working group cactus jack, still has not grasped why his donkeys cannot come.
Pastoral group Smidge has already got his collar on back to front and carrying his bible, hope he is not going to be too disappointed when he gets there.
Utility group Bunter as he insist he has the correct qualifications ( takes very little exercise, stuffs his tum and has a general knowledge of most things.) Well that is what he said.
Hound group Bigyin due to his love of outside living and his ability of hunting down pea eating rats.
Gundog group Bruixot as he is an excellent shot with his water pistol.
Toy group now Bulldog as this is about his barrow.
Obedience and agility Bulldog later removed by the Mrs reasons given, has convenient deafness when given commands and has the agility of a sponge and is a founder member of the couch potato squad. So this position now given to Michael. a younger  more active Bambi hating man. ( hate im )
Finally, Dancing with dogs jollyolive and ebrorob as they are the only ones who could find any sequins.
Best In Show Judge to be decide later if not censored by Nigel.
Yours a Crufts watching Bulldog.

I am not aware of how many sequins ebrorob may be hiding in his closet (obviously you do Bulldog) but I can vouch that he is not capable of dancing with a stuffed dog, let alone a live one !!

There, that has got you out of that obligation ebrorob.  You can hand over payment at the bar next time I see you there-   Wink

Dear Bulldog,
I'm deeply honoured by the promotion you bestow upon me but the Korean in me makes me inclined to batter dogs... In the tempura sense.  Can I keep the job anyway?   Smiley

Well, folks.

Seems to be quite an amazing turnout for the competition. I have to admit that the Swollox breed could indeed be in danger of extinction by Valkyries in the form of ... well let's not spoil that surprise from the sales group. However, I do feel that all classes are well represented and perhaps we all stand a fighting chance of coming a close second.

Good luck to all brave souls who have been put forward for an entry, whether it be with a sequin frock or not (you lucky gits, where can I get one?).

May the best one win..........

PS, when is your next trip to Benidorm?
