Hi, I'm new to the forum, so please be gentle !

We are in the process of buying a recently (Legally Built ) Finca near Mora d"Ebre and are looking for some advice.

Planning permission for a " magatzem agricola sup maxima 50.00 m2 "

The licence was issued in 2006 and is mostly built - just requires windows etc

Will we be legally allowed to stay here for extended periods - not just short holidays ?  Also what is the status as far a getting services connected. I'm not expecting to get electricity but would like to be able to have water connected ( it is available nearby )

Would you recommend using a solicitor for the purchase and if so what would the rough cost be ?

Hi Steve,
As gentle as I can be,the Permission is for a Agricultural storage building of 50 square meters.If you are told you can stay there (as well as,I should think,store all the equipment & farming produce used for & derided from your land),It may well mean you may have to get registered as a farmer & work your land?

Best to get a solicitor.
May save you a lot of money and heartache later on.

Use a solicitor.  Get legal advice.  It might help.  Although we still got f***** over
