	Has any body taken the course to get the certificate to be able to buy weedkiller. I understand it is now possible to do this on line. The site is ruralcat.net but it's in Catalan and not very user friendly.

I don't know if this will help but if you find the area of the site you are interested in Google translate seems to work here. maybe....well sometimes I hear you can get a £3000 Euro fine for using a backpack without the cert. 	Might be worth talking to the guys at Sol D'Ebre. Probably easiest to find a friend with a licence but that presumably would only cover buying the glyphosate and NOT using a backpack.
