	Seems there has been a 28% increase in subscriptions !! Anyone else had the same increase ??

	Their Price has gone up from 14 euros + IVA to 18 euros + IVA for everyone that had the old Price of 14 euros. This is charged 3 monthly. The current Price for new installations is 20 euros + IVA per month.

	Just curious, but shouldnt we have been advised that's the €14 was an introductory price to get us signed up if this is the case? If the DD is a set amount, I'm not sure why we haven't been advised of the increase in writing as per SEPA regulations. Failure to do so can lead to the OIN being withdrawn. Also we need to know if there are any further increases on the way and when, otherwise this could end up as expensive as Eurona in a very short space of time.

	The 14 euros wasn't an introductory price, it had been that for a couple of years or more. Last year, in September I think, they increased to 20 euros for new installations but kept the 14 euros for existing cstomers. They have now increased this to 18 euros. As far as I'm aware there are no further changes planned.

	Yesterday we reached the heady heights of 0.38 Mbps download from Ebretic ...at times it was 0.25 Mbps. It has been getting worse week by week since January. Now we don't even bother to try and watch anything on You Tube or similar. Anyone else got the same crap service?

	Currently getting 24 mbps. on wifi, here. Maybe lower at times and the area where you live.

	When installed last August we were getting 90+ Mbps!! We realised that wouldn't last but it gradually dropped to between 10 and 14 Mbps until the last 3 months when it became dire

	I am receiving acceptable speeds but the signal fades for several minutes,this can happen several times an hour ,especially evenings,is this normal ?

	Having realised that we were the exception so far a download was concerned I rang Ebretic and shortly thereafter the speed increased to acceptable levels
