Electric bill

We have been expecting an electric bill in the post over the last couple of weeks.
No payment has been taken from our bank account either.
We are on the old type of meter, which is still read manually.
Anyone else not had their bill?

Hello Rita,

Have you registered online on fecsa website??

We are currently changing a lot of the new meters in houses for fecsa and people with old meters are having this problem of not receiving the bills

Best thing to is registered online and see if you bill is on there as they may have activated ebilling

If not let me no and I will check with my boss depending on what area you are in

Regards

Callum

Thank you, Callum.
We are in Jesus, and with Endesa.
Usually the meter is read just before Christmas, then we get the bill through the post, and money is paid out direct from our bank account.
We have just looked online and our last bill was in October, nothing showing at all for December?

Well that's not good 😂

Best thing to do is ring them and ask them to come and do a reading on the meter because you have not received anything since October

Problem is with fecsa is they employ people who are autónomo to
Do The readings and they don't always do them or they read wrong

If you have any problems let me k and I will speak with my boss if you can send me your contract no private il look into it later this evening

A few years ago they estimated our bill in October, which was low. Our meter is on the road, so no need for an estimated bill.  Then they sent us a correct bill in the January,  after the price of electric had gone up anyway.
If I remember rightly the price of Vat, increased then aswell. So we were not happy.
I am just about to send you a PM, thanks Callum.

Crazy isn't it.
Not as if they have sent an estimated bill, so that we can pay it.
Going to be a lot of money to pay out when the next bill arrives.

After someone's help a few weeks ago, we finally received an estimated bill, for October to December.
Only received it just a few days ago.
Payment from bank account was taken on Friday.
Next bill due any day, so should be back on track again.
