	Hi any help much appreciated. Think l need to go to Aguis de Tortosa for water? Iderdola for the electric but have choices for this l think? Wires and pipes have been cut in flat . Is system similar to UK do they reconnect to flat or do they need to do any work in flat? Thanks again for any help.

	I do not know all the info but first you will need, Deeds in your name then safety electrical certificate. I am not sure about water.
