Mercadona sell lots of Gluten Free.  Maybe Aldi as well.

Naturalbel in Roquetes.
The supermarkets also sell gluten free products.

I checked in Lidl Tortosa this morning for you.  They have various products in orange packaging above the mass produced bread.
