Problem snding tests from mobile

Hi
I have a bq aquarius u lite phone.  My sim is digi mobile with a monthly bundle including texts.
When i try to send texts it always states sending and eventualy message not sent.  mostly the only texts i receive are from digi reminding me top up is due.
Do any of you know if this is a problem with phone, digi or settings.
Tried googeling but didnt understand most of it.
Thanks in advance for any help.

Check out 'Message Centre Number' you probably have the wrong number for your provider.
