Bank charges with La Caixa were supposed to change (increase for many) from 1 April 2020.
I have been querying this with my branch and now understand (if my translation is correct!) that the changes have been deferred until 1 October to take into account the current circumstances.

LOL - didnt stop them from charging me 36€ this morning.
