Hi. Has anyone else recently experienced long delays on packages coming from the UK by courier, as opposed to Post Office? My family shipped a package on Feb 15th with DPD, which was then handed to SEUR in Spain. SEUR have a new depot in Burgos which is supposed to be Brexit ready for incoming packages, mine has been in Burgos since 19th Feb. On that day SEUR/DPD emailed me requesting import and handling fees which amounted to €25. I paid that online immediately and received a factura on the 20th. Parcel still hasn't arrived and the only contact number you'll find for both companies is a 902 number, which is automated and a complete waste of time.
Anyway, if you are having difficulty contacting SEUR and if you've tracked your package to one of their depots, they all have FREEPHONE numbers for you to call.
