Please can anyone suggest outlets for top soil for vegetable growing.  My freind is in need of several ton.

The sand and gravel quarry nearest the dry canal is now doing top soil, its the one that looks a bit like a scrap yard, but their sand and gravel is much  cheaper than the posh yards with weigh bridges
