Restaurants on Delta and C12

Can anyone recommend any decent restaurants on the Delta. I have tried two at the popular jetty near Riomar and been disappointed. Menu of the day or something similar in  la Cava, Sant Jaume  or elsewhere, etc
Any recommendations in St Carlos would also be appreciated.

I travel the C12 route to Lerida regularly and find a shortage of Bar-Cafeterias etc along the route. Does anyone know anywhere without straying far from the main road?

If on the delta itself try El Faro at the far end of Deltebre la Cava.  Although it is not spoken, the menu is available in English (and German) and provides good local cuisine at sensible prices in clean pleasant surroundings.

restaurant nuri thats a good one. down by the river trip boats, menu del dia, excellant food, good walks and views and marque tents for shopping, nic nacs and bits

We have been using Casa Nuri all the time we have been to the Delta area and would say that the food is, in our opinion, alot better at lunchtime rather than in the evening.  Don't know if they have a different chef.
