It's not difficult to do this yourself. Most dish mounts have a protractor embossed into the side. Set this initially to 39 degrees on the scale. On the sat box, go into the services menu, system setup and signal level. With one of you watching this... Find where south is, point the dish a little to the left and move it very slowly until you see some signal level. get the best reading and secure the dish horizontally and then move it very slowly up and down until you get best signal level, decent signal quality reading and the locked indicator on. That's it!
