How do i make????????

EmbarrassedCan anyone help me i have a distinct craving for those almonds you can buy at the firas etc that are covered in a sweet crunchy coating, can anyone tell me how to make them as I have almonds but havent a clue where to start.many thanks Sad

Almond Crunch recipe
75g (3oz) Flaked Almonds
60g (2½oz) Butter
4 tbsp Honey

Melt the butter in a heavy-based saucepan.
Add the honey and almonds and increase to a medium heat.
Stir continuously, for 7-8 minutes or until the mixture is golden brown.
Pour the mixture into a greased 20cm (8 inch) baking tin.
Allow to cool slightly and cut into squares.
Leave in a cool place to set, cut into squares and store in an airtight container.

Or Alternatively

INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)
1 cup blanched almonds
1 cup butter
1 1/4 cups white sugar
2 tablespoons light corn syrup
2 tablespoons water
2 cups milk chocolate chips
you can if you want to spice things up ad one small chili minus seeds



DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Arrange almonds in a single layer on a baking sheet. Toast in the preheated oven until lightly browned, approximately 5 minutes.

In a heavy saucepan, combine butter, sugar, corn syrup, and water. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils. Boil, without stirring, to hard crack stage, 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Remove from heat.
Working quickly, stir in almonds, and pour mixture into foil lined jelly roll pan; tip pan from side to side to spread candy evenly in pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips over candy brittle. Let stand about 5 minutes, or until shiny and soft. Spread chocolate evenly over candy. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for 1 hour. Break into bite-size pieces.

Thanks for that Hazelnut but that is more the brittle type of stuff, like peanut brittle you used to get the one i want is the individual almond recipe, but thanks anyway may well have a go at this too!

Individual Almonds
2 Cups Almonds
2 cups Sugar
2 Knobs of butter
1/4 cup Water
1 old Jam Pan thicker the better
Put all the ingredients in to your pan, mix and put it on the stove.
While mixing let all of the Water evaporate (you will have white powder) then take it off the stove for 2 min.
Put it back on the stove and let the sugar melt and caramelize.
When the Almonds are nice and brown and sticky take them off the stove. Pour them on to a baking tray and start taking them apart with 2 forks. When they cool down you can use your hands!
