Movistar PUK

Help needed!
I have today managed to block both of our PAYG Movistar sims by entering the wrong pins into each one and I can't locate my original paperwork to get the PUK.
i have been on their website to see if I can do it there - however all they are doing is sending me a new pin via sms but as these are blocked I can't get to them!
anyone have any idea how i can do this - or will I have to resort to ringing them?

Hi Haze,

If you have a login on the movistar website you can find your PUK under the section "datos de tarjeta". If you don't have a login.......? Maybe you can try to send them an email to ask what to do.

P.s. I've read somewhere you can also go to a movistar shop with your passport. Because the tarjeta's are registered now you can prove you are the legal owner and they can retreive your PUK.

yes, i think a visit to the shop will be easiest for me!
The annoying thing is I know I have seen the credit card things you get with the sims somewhere in the last couple of days but can't think where!
