Does anyone know where to buy Cream of Tartar locally please? And if so where and what's it called here?

It's called Salsa Tartara and you can buy it in Mercadona.

Not sure where you will buy cream of tartar here.
Nigel, I think you are thinking of the wrong product.
Cream of tartar is a powder used in baking, and is not a salsa.

The label should say potassium bitartrate ( KC4H5O6)

Cream of tartar for baking found at Little Britian 24/7 many thanks to Tim and Eliza.
