Probably seeing as you need a license for everything in this country except Hunting dogs, where all common sense goes out the window!! The hunters don't vaccinate them against rabies as they say it affects their sense of smell, they don't wear collars and are not chipped, so if they do lose one no one can trace it back to them!! and when they come to the end of their useful life they hang them in a tree!!

But Seriously Munkonminor  No I don't think so for private use!!

If you are renting out the canoes for commercial gain, then thats a different story!!
