Almacen vs Vivienda

We live in an almacen that we built in 2007(near Amposta).
We know you´re not supposed to, but a lot of other people in the area seem to have been doing this for years.
We have all the correct building permits and had it signed off by architect when complete, but it still says almacen on the escritura and is not on the catastro at all.
What does this mean in terms of selling? Would we need a cedula or not? Presumably we can´t get one, as it is an almacen.
We understand that it can be added and changed to vivenda on the catastro, but not sure if that is just for tax and whether it is worth doing. Could we then get a Cedula?
Everything has become so confusing and not sure what to do for the best
Does anybody have any good advice, please?

Phone Sergi, nice young man who speaks English.
He will come out to the property, look at the paperwork etc. and advice you, whether possible or not.
We and other friends have got cedulas recently after his help.
But it can take several months to get one!
Sergi.  Tel: 666462309

Sergi works for tae, architects/engineers.  He has just opened a new office in Tortosa.
Main office is in Miami Playa?
I am sure if you phone him, he will arrange to see you, and discuss things with you.
No our property was not an almacen. Yes we have water and electric.
