High times in Rasquera.

I had read in the Spanish national press about Rasquera hosting a cannabis plantation but I was very surprised to find it in the Guardian today. Just go to guardian.co.uk and if it's not on the main page anymore just search Rasquera and marijuana.

Note, (as usual) the town's Mayor says it's all legal and will bring in money and provide jobs!
