Looks like, as from 1st. June any property up for sale or rent,
will have to have an energy certificate.
New law in Spain, is being formalized by Royal Decree.
Could be costly here?
Present price for one in the U.K. ranges from around £50 - £70.
Prices have dropped considerably since they were first issued.

Anyone selling or letting a property from 1st June 2013,
will need an Energy Performance Certificate.
