Ive recently bought a car of a guy in our village , I am trying to get the log book changed to my name , I have all the paper work everything is in order  apart from, I can not get a padron (I think thats the right name ) for our house we live on the campo and our mayor will not give them out to anyone his attitude seems to be that he knows what he is doing is wrong but untill he is told from a higher authority he will not budge , anyone know of a way round it
